On December 1, 2024, the Istituto Italo Cinese had the honor of hosting a delegation from the prestigious Hunan University in Changsha in its offices. The meeting was attended by IIC President Maria Rosa Azzolina, who welcomed the Chairman and the Deans of various academic departments of the host university. During the meeting, the two sides had the opportunity to present and discuss their visions and proposals for future collaborations in the cultural and educational fields.

The meeting, which then continued with a visit to the Milan Triennale, was a valuable opportunity to consolidate cooperation ties, which have already involved the two entities that in previous years signed a Memorandum of Understanding, through exchanges of knowledge, experiences and shared projects. The President stressed the importance of such intentions, saying that cooperation in education and culture is essential for building a common future based on mutual understanding. Indeed, in an increasingly interconnected world, collaborations between academic and cultural institutions are essential to promote progress and innovation, creating growth opportunities for new generations.
